Neha has been practicing yoga since she was a child, when she was first introduced to the benefits of pranayama for allergies. While living and working in Mumbai, Neha deepend her yoga practice through working working 1:1 with an instructor from the world’s oldest yoga institute, Kaivalyadhama. Upon moving back to the United States, she further pursued her yoga education through the 500 Hour RYT training at Yoga Garden in San Francisco. Her training focused on vinyasa flow classes with a strong focus on alignment, as well as various other styles (restorative, aromatherapy). She completed training on June 2, 2019.

Neha is known for her strong emphasis on theming, and exploring ways to draw awareness to alignment even in foundational postures. In her spare time, Neha enjoys reading and is an avid book club participant.
